ReturnLoop Dental is a software-as-a-service platform that enables dental practices to send post-appointment SMS review requests to their patients, collect patient reviews, and share those reviews across digital channels.

ReturnLoop is a business-to-business service. To use ReturnLoop, you must be operating a legitimate dental practice or dental business in the United Kingdom. You must be 18 years of age or older.

• You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent from patients before sending SMS messages via ReturnLoop.
• You must not use ReturnLoop to send unsolicited, misleading, or harassing communications.
• You must keep your account credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your practice profile, including contact details and descriptions.
• You must comply with all applicable UK laws, including UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).

You may not use ReturnLoop to:

• Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or marketing campaigns
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the ReturnLoop platform

All SMS messages sent via ReturnLoop must be triggered by a genuine patient appointment or treatment completion. Messages must not be sent as part of a bulk marketing campaign. Every message must include a clear opt-out instruction (Reply STOP). You must honour all opt-out requests immediately.

All intellectual property rights in the ReturnLoop platform, including software, design, and content, belong to Booking Butler Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use ReturnLoop for the purposes described in these terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Booking Butler Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of ReturnLoop. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your ReturnLoop account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the platform. Continued use of ReturnLoop after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
